I am relocating and must re-lease this bedroom. I have a quiet room contracted at $384.00/month. The current lease for same room is now $404.00/month. You will be renting for the $384.00/month or $379.00/month for a regular room (not a quiet room).
There is an application fee of $65.00 and if you are approved I will reimburse you the $65.00. There is no deposit required.
