This Olympus cleaning machine is a carpet cleaning machine, upholstery cleaning machine, power washer, water extraction and also can be used to clean tile and grout. It has a dual vacuum system, adjustable pressure from 50psi to 1200 psi. Carpet cleaning pressure is around 500 psi. It is only a couple of years old and has been used very little. I bought it brand new for 3700.00 I also have a truck mount machine and just don't need the portable. It comes with 25' pressure hose, 25' vacuum hose, a carpet cleaning wand, tank heater and 2 50' heavy duty extension cords. Upholstery wand and tile and grout cleaning attachments can easily be purchased. It has a automatic switch for draining the tank. You hook up a garden hose to the back of the machine and run it to a drain or outside and it automatically drains the recovery tank for you. This machine will pay for itself very fast.
