This is a re-list because I got flagged. If you are going to flag me again please let me know why. I have a 2001 BMW 330i with 105000mi. There is an issue with the torque converter, but if you look on ebay you can find a whole new trans for $1000. It could very well run forever like it is. Shifts smooth. But someone told me the torque converter wasn't locking in all the time. Rebuilt title over 50000 miles ago. Leather, all Power, like new tires. Looking for a smaller car, and cash. 4 door civic, acura, accord,-ect. It can be older, and I don't mind a few dings or dents, but I need it to be mecanicly sound. I drive a lot. I would drive this BMW anywhere, but I would advise anyone else to get the torque converter checked out. Let me know what you have. Make me an offer, We can deal. I perfer a trade because I need a car, but if you have cash that will be good also. The only reason I'm selling is because I drive a lot and, although I will drive it back home to ky if it doesn't sell, I'd rather not drive it on such a long trip with the torque converter "acting" up. (Again I can not tell, but that is what the shop said the light was) So let me know what you can do.
