I have a 1994 Infinity J-30 that needs several items fixed or replaced. If you have experience working on this type of automobile than please respond to this posting. Things that I need fixed are, power steering pump, all electric windows need fixed, sun roof does not work properly, rear speakers need replaced, light for radio needs replaced, would like to install window tint. I am in no hurry to get this items fixed, perhaps these items can be done one per week. We do use the car but can make arragements for the mechanic to work during the week, night or weekends. Will pay per item fixed when finished on agreed price.

Job Title: Help Desk Customer Service
Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Job Details:
Training will run during business hours M-F for approx. 4 weeks (3 weeks in class room and 1 week in 'nesting')
Shifts will NOT be determined until AFTER training - They will need to be available for any shift except overnight (3rd shift). They will be required to work on Jan 1st and possibly other holidays due to business need. Facility is open 24/7 candidates will need to be flexible and be able to work any shift Sunday thru Saturday. Schedule will include a weekend day with various start times; January depending on business needs will be a 6 day work week.

Job Description:

Position is in a call center environment handling approx. 100 calls per day. Must be computer savvy and be able to toggle between several software programs. Will be talking to customers while typing comments in the system for each call. Need to be patient, caring and have good communication skills. There is a Quality Assurance program in place that all employees are monitored on. Performs under general supervision, routine to complex customer service activities in support of the goals of customer satisfaction and retention using established policies, procedures and guidelines.
Answers incoming calls; assists customers/pharmacies/physicians with orders and reorders, benefit eligibility questions and prescription status inquiries. Escalates drug related calls to appropriate pharmacist. Assist pharmacies and members on all issues related to processing of pharmacy claims. Determines appropriateness of overriding pharmacy claims edits and error messages. Coordinates internal resolution of claims exceptions and other issues. Initiates correspondence with members regarding claims rejections and other benefit interpretation. Makes outbound calls on prescriptions with hold orders and payment issues.
May also assist in logging in of new prescription orders. Educates customers on benefits, use of plan, formulary, premiums and status of orders, claims or inquiries.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
-Ability to pass criminal background check & drug test
-High School Diploma/GED
-1-2 years Health Care/Pharmacy experience plus.
-Customer Service experience preferred.
-Call center experience a plus.
