Mother and daughter is looking to Rent a 3bed/2bath home with FP and Garage in nice safe and quiet neighborhood. Would like Home where Lessor would consider accepting Section 8 and that has open floor plan for wheel chair accessibility. We are responsible mature adults. We have two small pets under 11 lbs each. Prefer home to be located NW OKC Between May and Council. I don't have the best credit history however, I have been at current employer for 10 years and have been at current residents for over 8 years. We would like to start moving at the end of July since our current lease expires on August 31. Would like to have long term commitment but will not sign a lease less than 1 year.
