I am looking to rent a 1-2 bedroom house, with a price range from $450.00 - $600.00. 6 month to 12 month lease will be fine. Looking to move in between 6/1/2008 - 7/1/2008. No pets, quiet, just looking to get out of the clustered apartment scene but not quite ready to buy a house. Possible purchase after lease is preferred depending on location and experience from 6 - 12 month lease.
