Looking for a guitarist/harmony vocalist. (Norman, OK)

I am a 27 yo male vocalist/songwriter/guitarist looking for a guitarist who can sing really great high harmonies. I have material written and am fixing to record with pro gear. Eventually I will get a full band together and gig, but for now I am focusing on recording an album.
Influences include 3eb, The Police, Depeche Mode, Pink Floyd, Billy Joel, U2, Fleetwood Mac, Steve Winwood.
This is a serious project and I am looking for someone between the age of 23-28 who is dedicated and absolutely loves music. Must not do any drugs other than maybe small amounts of MJ/Alcohol.
