I have an 8mth old kitten we took in and have been caring for since she was tiny. No, this isn't one of those "I'm moving and can't take the kitty" or "we don't have time for her" (pets are additions to the family, not toys to be picked up and tossed aside on a whim). Instead, this is a little girl we found abandoned and took in to foster. She was so tiny and skinny, and yet so bossy! We hoped to adopt her ourselves, thinking maybe she would adapt to living with our three older male cats.
And while they do seem much more accepting of each other now (and will even cuddle), she still has litter box issues. She can and will use the box just fine when it is all hers, but she won't share. We had her spayed and she is current on all shots. She is very sweet, has an independent personality and likes to purr.
She needs a good, loving home where she can be spoiled and doted on like she deserves.
Please don't bother calling if you aren't sure about adopting her. It would break our hearts to see her shuffled around and see her show up here a month later because she was adopted on a whim. She needs a forever home, and the longer she stays with us the harder it is becoming to give her up. But it is in her best interest that we are seeking a new forever home for her.
$15 adoption fee applies, and she will go home with her carrier and scratching post.
In this picture, she was a baby.
