Nursing Homes

Do you know that if your loved one is the victim of nursing home abuse or neglect you stand a snowballs chance in hell of sueing the nursing home unless they die? Even if you have reams of medical documentation supporting the abuse and neglect this makes no difference and you will be liable for all the bills that stem from this horror.
Do you also know that if your loved one is an alzheimers patient and they can't remember or are too frightened to tell their story you cannot sue?
We are going through a living Hell right now and I am looking for others that have stories of nursing home abuse and neglect to share. Please feel free to email me through CL.
I am NOT looking for an attorney, I have one of the best for all the good it is doing us. I am just looking for stories.
