The house is completely furnished with leather couches, 52 in. Sony LCD flat screen TV, Flat screen TV's throughout the house, pooltable, ping-pong table, huge grill and deck outside, large bedroooms, washer/dryer, study room/ office. This house has everything and is a 3 min, walk to campus.

I'm an easy going guy, looking for 2 roomates (ideally in undergrad or post-grad school), girls or guys, who are fun and easy going also. I'm a resident at the OU Health Science Center, so I stay busy on call most of the time. So a majority of the time, the house is pretty much to yourself. Basically, it's an awesome house, location, and situation!
