I'm a 37 yr. old professionally-employed single mom seeking a roommate. My 6 yr. old son lives with me full-time plus I have 2 teenagers who visit sporadically. I have a nearly 1800 sq. ft. home near 15th and Santa Fe in West Edmond. My house is fully furnished other than your room. Also, I can help with that area temporarily if you need me to. You would share a bathroom to a limited extent, but not often. I do not smoke and will not allow indoor smoking. I might can accomodate a dog, but cannot allow a cat as I'm highly allergic to cats. My house is currently pet-free, but I do enjoy dogs.
I don't necessarily need a roommate, but am doing Dave Ramsey's plan and trying to get financially ahead. Therefore, I have the unique opportunity to be a little picky.
