Ground floor apartment, quick access to I-40, within three miles to Walmart, Home Depot, Cicuit City, and less than a mile from Sonic and other grocery stores. In other words, this is a good location for someone who likes to save on gas and ride your bike to the store.
I am quirky and quiet, not a neat freak but I clean up after myself. My parents live super-close and I care for my brother in exchange for meals, laundry, etc. In other words, I rarely buy groceries or eat at home, so you don't have to worry about me eating all your food. I am semi-disabled so I don't drive.
The bedroom has a ceiling fan, and the carpet is new. The complex also has a pool, although it is not open yet this year. No pets, please.
