I am seeking 2 or 3 roommates to rent a house with in Edmond. I am a non-smoker, have pets, social drinker, and will be attending UCO next fall. My current lease is ending on July 3, but I must give 30 days notice if I am to move out. Right now, I have no house in mind, I want to be sure that I have people to share with first so I am not stuck with a large lease to fill. I am estimating around $400 as the average monthly rent, and if you have a house in mind, please let me know.
