I believe i am the only person in the neighborhood under 30yrs of age. It would be conveniant if you like dogs and if you are not into smoking. House is less than 5 miles from OU's Campus, so it is easy to commute. Rent would be 800 a month split three ways, which comes out to 275 monthly.
