Rent is $75/week with 4 weeks paid in advance and $100/deposit. Total move in cost $400. I understand sometimes you can't afford that much to move into a place. I can rent for 2 weeks or even 1 week at a time, but the rent cost more and the deposit is still required. 2 weeks lease is $160 + $100 deposit total move in cost $260. 1 week lease is $85 + $100 Deposit total move in cost $185. You can change lease once here to fit your needs from 1-4 weeks.
The deposit is refundable but only if a 2 week moving notice is given in advance. This allows me time to advertise and locate another roommate. If you move in with a 2 or 1 week lease agreement, you can increase the lease to 4 weeks to take advantage of the less expensive rent.
