1-4 week lease agreement available May 9, 2008. I am taking reservations for 2 remaining rooms that will be available by Fri. May 9th. Both rooms are approx. 12x14 with a large closet. All rooms have separate keyed locks. Currently renters share the upstairs bathroom and have mini-frigs and microwaves in their rooms. A propane grill is available for outdoor grilling and using side burner. The only other common areas are the entry, hallways and stairs. The Washer & Dryer, Kitchen, downstairs bathroom will be open to renters by May 9th. Once the kitchen is open the microwaves and mini-frigs will be removed from the rooms. There is very limited common or shared areas other than the kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
The neighborhood is mostly older homeowners with a few young families. No graffiti or Bars on the windows. It's a quiet safe clean place. Other renters are mostly older 30-45, stable mature adults. No drama or parties allowed or you will be evicted. Smoking outside only. I would consider a small indoor dog or cat on a trial basis if the other renters aren't bothered. If you are looking for a fairly priced safe quiet place to stay this is a good choice. If you party here, cause drama or loudness, you won't fit.

4 weeks @ $75 week plus $100/refundable deposit. Total move in cost $400.
3 weeks @$80/week $240 Plus Deposit $100 Total Move-in $340
2 weeks @ $80/week $160 Plus Deposit $100 Move-in $260
1 week @ $85/week Plus Deposit $100 Move-in Total $185
The deposit is refundable but only if a 2 week moving notice is given in advance. This allows me time to advertise and locate another roommate. If you move in with a 2 or 1 week lease agreement, you can increase the lease to 4 weeks to take advantage of the less expensive rent.
