Im looking for one roommate perferably female, though ill consider males, to move in after july 1st. The house is located on 15th and bryant (within biking distance from uco) and was just remodeled so almost everything is new. Its fully furnished except for the bedroom and has a huge deck and a private inground pool. the backyard is huge and wooded for privacy. bills run just a bit under 100 pp. there are 2 of us that will already be living here, a junior at uco, and I'm a grad student there. we are hoping for someone who can have fun but is also serious about their studies. please call or email me if your interested and want to come look or have questions.
