I have a 3 bedroom home in Moore, and one of the bedrooms is available for rent through the Summer and possible the Fall of 2008. I prefer to rent to students or active or retired military who are 40 years old or older.
The house has only one bathroom (sorry). But this has never been a problem in the past. There's a beautiful backyard lined with cedar trees where my dogs enjoy playing. It is a nice solid brick home, although a bit small, just about 1000 square feet. The living room furniture is new in soft earth tones colors.
You will need to bring your own bedroom furniture, and you will need a car to live in Moore, as there is no public transportation here.
At mid-life I am returning to college for an RN degree, so this is a perfect place to study (except that I live not far from some train tracks). It is a very quiet, studious enviroment.
I am very task-oriented, I spend every waking moment doing something, especially studying. I am not one for a lot of talking. I'm a kind person. I'm just very focused on getting things done and not being distracted. I will respect your privacy, and I want my respected.
Please expect some division of labor concerning household tasks. I do a lot of the household chores of course. But I would like someone who is willing to take turns cleaning the bathroom and mowing the lawn.
It is important that you have a strong independant spirit and that you can make your own self happy if you live here.
I am in NO WAY looking for a boyfriend/playmate/relationship/romance, etc. I am simply looking for a way to make things easier on myself financially during this recession with food and gasoline so high.
