$350 Seeking OU Law Student to rent room in my 3-bedroom house (Norman - close to campus)
I own a 3-bedroom home just east of The Mont. I'm looking to rent one bedroom but would consider renting both spare bedrooms. Must be a law student or grad student who is not looking to rent a place to party at. I don't mind if you party, just not at our place. Living rooms, kitchen and laundry rooms are completly furnished. Preferrably the person renting the room would not have a serious boy/girlfriend that would be over ALL the time. (It's a plus, if you do and spend all your time over there). There is a garage you could park your car in. Within walking distance to OU on a nice day. $350/month plus half of the bills which include cable, high speed internet, water, gas and electric. Need someone clean, please! Either gender is fine. Smoking OUTSIDE only. I'd like the house to be a study-type environment.
