I have a small,second floor,furnished room available located a little east of Guthrie. The house is sourrounded by hundreds of acre's of beautiful cross timber land and wild life abounds. You pay your part of the bills;(phone,electric,gas), which should average between $25.00 to $60.00 from summer to winter, depending on how frugal you are and the state of the weather. The room is well lit with a lovely wooded view and is perfect for anyone working,or going to school in Edmond, Stillwater,Guthrie or Perkins. Cimmeron Casino is only 9 miles up the road and is usually hiring full and part time with three shifts available. I mention this to those creative people reading this add, or just those looking to get out of the frey of City living,because there's a job 12 minutes away. Just a thought.
My house is located between Guthrie and Stillwater. It is 45 min. from OKC, 20 min. from Stillwater,15 min. from Guthrie,30 minutes to Edmond & 10 minutes to Perkins. Tulsa is less than an hour and a half from here, up highway 51. House privilges come with the room of course.
I am a 57 year young, laid back male, mixed media artist who works from home. There is a large covered porch to sit on in the rain,(off the kitchen,downstairs)and lots of wooded trails to hike.
