$600 All Bills Paid, Near OCU - Big Bedroom & Pool! (NW25th & May - Historic Neighborhood)
Hi. I'm a 22-year old, gay male professional. I am about to close on a house that is in NW OKC, close to OCU and I-44. The room will be available at the beginning of June. I'm asking for $600 all bills paid.
I will have a completely unused upstairs with wood floors that's 19x9. It was the original master bedroom before the house was renovated. So, it's big enough for your bedroom furniture and whatever else you may have (desk, couch, dresser). It has a walk-in closet that's 9x4.
I have a little dog who has really good manners, isn't yippy at all and will stay out of your room.
I'm laid back and pretty clean. I do like to have a couple of friends over from time to time. I'm looking for someone who's respectful, trustworthy and easy to get along with.
Please note, the furnishing in the pictures belong to my friend - who currently owns the house. So, there will be different furnishings.
