My house is 1,682 square feet and consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You would have two bedrooms and one bathroom (one bedroom which is a study). The study already consists of 500 plus books. You would have a garage to put your car and some storage in the attic. I have a little dog that is quiet so you must like dogs. The rent cost includes ALL UTILITIES. A $650 deposit will be needed upon move in plus an additional $650 rent. I plan on going to school this fall so you can consider me a "student" if you want.
