Hello, I am renting a room out in my home, it is a 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse. I am renting the room for 350.00 a month with 100.00 security deposit due at the time you move in. The house is occupied by a 44 yr old male that rents the master (he has his own bathroom). There are two other rooms that share a bathroom, I am a 39 yr old female so I am looking for a woman because we will share the bathroom. This home is drugfree and drama free we both work full time jobs and like the house to stay clean. There is cable and wireless internet and of coarse all household bills will be included in the monthly rent. We'll as the title says I am looking for a room mate. Its a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apt. you will get a room that is mostly furnished. I guess. It has a bunk bed but the bottom bunk is a futon. The bed itself is made of wood. There is also a desk made of metal and glass (not as nice as it sounds lol). I am a straight male and very laid back, but honestly I am more concerned with financial responsibility than I am personality type. I am also rarely home because I commute to OSU Stillwater 3 times a week.

The house is really cute and has quick access to Hefner Parkway and I-44 which between the two will take you anywhere in the city.

The room for rent is average size with a half bath (sink and toilet) and closet. The third bedroom is set up as a communal office. There is a room behind the kithchen that I have set up with a diner booth and tv (great for morning coffee). The main bathroom has two enterances so you don't have to go through the master bedroom. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and the living room is great for entertaining. I keep up the yards, flower beds, and seasonal pool. There is a nice back deck for grilling and a huge fenced in back yard.

Sorry, no smoking inside or out.

Your rent is $275 plus half the utilities, internet, and cable. Utilities vary but typically less than $150/mo, so $75 for you. The cable and internet is just under $100 each month, so $50 for you.

I'm looking for a responsible roommate who will pay bills on time!!

Rent is $309.50 due on the 1st and half of the electric bill due on the 27th.

The room is rather large. (The previous roommate fit his queen size bed, a crib, a large computer desk, and a large bookself in this room).
It has an over sized walk-in closet and it's own full size bathroom.

In the living room I have a tv, bookself, dvd rack, and two black leather couches.

The kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and blender.

There is also a balcony.

There are two common use closets in the hallway and living room.

Pet's are okay, but there is a $200 deposit, a weight and breed restriction, and a two animal per apartment policy. I personally have a small dog under 7lbs.

A little about me:
I'm a 22 year old female. I have a full time job at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital and a part time job as a Medic in the Oklahoma Army National Guard. I don't smoke nor do I do drugs. There will be no toleration for either in the apartment (but you can smoke on the balcony). I'm very outgoing and I get along with most people.
