Need a place to stay for the spring and summer? My current roommate is moving out at the end of this month so I will be looking for a new roommate to rent my spare bedroom to by the first of June. I am a single bachelor with no kids living in a nice 3 bdrm house in Moore in a very nice quiet neighborhood off of south Bryant street between 4th and 12th streets in Moore. The room comes with your own full private bathroom as well and there is also two car garage parking and the place is monitored with a security system. I will ask for half of the utilities or your share thereof which includes electric (OG&E), gas (ONG), and utilities from the city of Moore. Those bills should run you on avg. around $100 or so give or take $20 to $30. I work 2 jobs and stay pretty busy and am in and out quite a bit. The location is very close to the main interstates I-35 or I-240 which can take you to just about any place you need to go. There is also plenty of conveniences nearby such as Wal-Mart, Crest grocery, gas stations (cheaper fills in the Moore area also), and plenty of places to dine or grab fast food. I do prefer female roommates as I usually have better luck with them and they are also cleaner to live with than most guys are. I may consider guys if I get no responses from the ladies out there. I am a pretty laid back and easy going type of guy and very people oriented and get along with most people well.
