About me, I am a 41 yr old male PAY on or before my due date, have references including my girlfriend back in florida. I can also email pics of my home in Fl so you can SEE how I live back home and what kind of house I keep. I have a cat, declawed and neutered, he is clean and spotless, gets along with all other cats, dogs etc but stays inside the house. If you have concerns over my pet, don't, he is an older cat, clean well behaved and I can pay a pet deposit if you have fears.

I usually work 5 days a week or 6 day weeks, 50 hours snd 60 hour weeks, once in a while I do a normal 40, thats what they demand, not what I want. I get up for work around 1 pm, leave by 2:30 pm and I am not back usually till 2 am sometimes as late as 4 am. I am very quiet when I get home, VERY. I shower, get a cup of milk and off to my room to web surf, email and watch a little tv.

When I am home, I would like somone that will respect my stuff and not use it without my permission as I would not use your stuff without your permission, that includes if your friends come over, please respect my things. No drama which means you're not in any legal or financial trouble and have problems where you won't run the A/C because you fear your electric bill etc. I don't think that is too much to ask but seeing I had already one roommate, a female that constantly had guys with an "S" sleeping over, not wanting to run a/c and messing with my stuff I had to find another place temporairly.

If you think you might be interested, please contact me for more info, I am the ideal roommate, clean spotless considerate respectful and a great Dad so kids are not a problem. I just want a clean nice place to live with a mature person, male or female but I do not prefer to live in a gay enviorment, have nothing against it, just not comfortable with it as well as my christian beleifs. In the past when I rented a room in my house a female usually worked out best so long as they are mature, the guys tend to borrow my things and hit on my Girlfriend but since she is in Fl that won't happen so really anyone will do.

This is the first time I looked to rent with someone and thought it would be easier but I was wrong, there are alot of unclean deadbeat people looking to make a buck renting out places. Last place I lived at was close to lake Heffner so that was nice as I enjoyed going over there on my day off. But any place is fine.

Sorry for being so blunt, I just don't want another bad living situation and I have alot to offer anyone needing to rent a room.

I am VERY dependable, clean, honest, and quiet. Being that I was born and raised in Norman I have family and a lot of friends that I spend time with but I will not have parties at the house. I love to go out the weekends but I'm normally in bed by 10:30 during the week. I am very outgoing and fun to be around, but I love my space and time to myself and respect others as well. I have no pets or kids. I am a non-smoker, and do not use drugs.
I am an ex Air Force brat, and grew up on Tinker.
My hobbies include gaming, movies, internet, and working out just to name a few.
I consider myself to be the ideal roommate.
I have never been late with paying rent, and I try to have at least 2 month's worth saved up just in case.
When I'm home I spend most of my time in my room so you'll hardly know I'm there.

My situation:
The home I am currently living in was burglarized several weeks ago, and I had several thousand dollars worth of items stolen.
My landlord/roommate refuses to get an alarm after this event, and I do not wish to live in this neighborhood anymore.
I am currently living near NE 23rd and Douglas Ave in Midwest City.
I want to leave here asap, because I don't feel safe and I still have more items that are of value to me, such as the computer I am writing this on. I'm glad they didn't take it because it is important for my business.

I am looking for:
I would prefer a house in a nice neighborhood that has an alarm system, but as long as it's safe an alarm isn't a requirement.
Ethnicity, religion, age, or sexual preference is of no concern to me.
I am very respectful of privacy and ask the same of you.
I just need a safe and secure place to live and keep the rest of my belongings.
A room size of 12 x 12 feet or more is preferred but I'll look at something smaller (I am currently in a room that is 10 x 15 feet).
I can't afford much currently because it's going to cost a lot to repurchase even half of the items that were stolen. I can afford $350 or less a month with all utilities and bills included.
I can move in by the first of July, or if you are willing to let me move in sooner without charging me for the last few days of June, I would appreciate it.
