6 months old, we built this to live in while we built our home. We will be moving out in 3 weeks and are looking to rent it out. It sets a couple hundred feet behind our home so you would have your privacy. Total electric, satelite TV included, internet available, washer/dryer hookups. Full bath, mini kitchen with microwave, stove and frig. We can either furnish or you can provide your own furniture. We can add the electric to the rent and do as a package or you can pay electric separate. No pets or smoking. If you have a horse we might be able to accomodate. No lawn care needed. Located east of Moore and south of Tinker in a rural setting. About 15 minutes from Moore, Norman/OU and maybe 10 minutes to Tinker. 20 minutes to OCCC and easy access to FAA as well as I-40 and I-35. One pictures shows the distance from our home.
