I am looking for someone to take my lease over at the cottages of norman from January until August. I am open and willing to make a deal with someone to take over my lease. I currently pay 504 per month but if someone is willing to throw me an offer on what they would be willing to pay and work someone thing out that I will pay a certain amount per month while you are living there and you will pay a certain amount. I am trying to do this so I do completely lose out on paying all 504 dollars per month. The contract will be through the cottages. The contract will be for a bedroom and private bathroom in a 4 bedroom lodge unit which can be viewed at thecottagesofnorman.com. There are currently three other guys living in the house they all get along and have jobs.
So if anyone is willing to make me an offer and we can work something out that would be great!
