$340 Staying in Stillwater for the Summer? (Stillwater, OK)
I have a 1 bed/1 bath apartment at Apple Creek Apartments available over the summer. I will not be here over the summer so I need someone to take over my lease for 2 months at starting June 1st through July 31. The starting date is negotiable. The neighbors are very quiet. The parking lot is big and there is always front row parking. It isn't furnished but there is plenty of room for all your stuff :-). There are no pets allowed.
The apartment complex pays for your cable and gas bill, and all you need to pay for is the electric/trash and the internet. I get my internet service from Suddenlink and the bill is about $25 a month (it's the cheapest high speed internet, and it works very well) and my electric/trash bill usually runs about $40-$45 a month.
