You can take over our lease through November 30, 2008 (option to renew after that--Deep Deuce management says the rent will not change). We paid $900 in deposits to Deep Deuce Management--you pay none of that to get into this place. Your only cost is a $40 application fee with Deep Deuce Management to run your credit. $500 of our deposit is refundable. Deep Deuce can refund that to you when you move out if everything is still in good shape.
