Two rooms available for summer rental at The Commons on Oak Tree. Current tenants are locked into a year lease ending on July 31 and will be paying on two apartments for the summer. We are looking for someone to take over the lease for the summer starting on May 18. Apartment is completely furnished, including bedroom and living room furniture as well as kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. There is a balcony with a nice view of the common between the apartment buildings. Cable and internet are also included. Complex amenities include a pool, hot tub, exercise room, tennis courts and basketball courts. There is a $38 cap on utilities per room per month.
Both rooms rent for $399, individually. We are looking for two tenants, however; if only one is found, he or she will have have the whole apartment for $399. Each room also has a private bath. Since lease will be taken over in the middle of May, we will prorate that month.
Apartment is about two miles from the OU campus. Both tenants currently ride a bike to campus without difficulty, but the complex offers a complimentary shuttle ride to the South Oval several times a day.
