It is for females only (two other grad students in mid-20s live there), its in a nice/safe area, 1.5 miles from OU, nicely furnished, convenient parking, 2nd floor, and rents for a flate rate of $415 (all bills included--local phone, wi-fi internet, expanded cable, electricity, water, etc.), has a swimming pool, and washer/dryer. No pets live there or are allowed.

I am 28 and own the condo. I am getting married and am moving to OKC. My fiance lives in town and takes care of the basic maintenance of the property...if anything ever goes wrong I always have someone take care of it right away. I have good references from past tenants. I expect tenants to be respectful and responsible.
