One bedroom available in a 3 bed house. Large Backyard that is good for barbecuing, washing machine and dryer, Cable, wireless internet, garage for storage or motercycles, safe neighborhood, one block north of nickels hills. It is co-ed. You will be responsible for 1/3 of bills and a 200 deposit. I can work with your deposit though if needed. The room also has great closet space with tons of storage space above the closet. The house is all wood floors too. Roommate is moving back to Chicago and the room will be available on June 1st.
I want someone that doesn't party a ton but will hang out and have a drink. Both of us who live there have professional hours, (i am still a student though.) Smokers are welcome, however smoking is not allowed in the house. We prefer not to have a ton of people over all the time but it is fine every once and a while. We prefer someone who is relaxed and friendly. Small dogs welcome.
