I need someone to take over my lease from January 2010 until at least May 2010 so I can study abroad in Italy next semester! You could keep the apartment after May if you'd like, and I can move out as early as December 21st, 2009. We have another room open in our apartment in addition to mine, so if you have are looking to move in with a friend we can easily make that happen.
My room is Suite D. Rent is $394/month, all bills paid--cable, electric, gas, high speed internet, etc.
My apartment features:
--Full furnished bedroom, w/ desk, nightstand, queen-sized bed, dresser
--"Quiet room"--room's walls not shared with any other apartment
--Private bathroom
--Walk-in closet
--In house washer and dryer
--Fully furnished common area, w/ TV
--Porch/patio
--Fully functional kitchen, w/ dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, oven, plenty of shelf space, etc.
--Two agreeable, considerate, and intelligent roommates
--Frisbee golf course for a backyard
--No pets allowed, unfortunately. So says the landlord.
