Hi, I have producing mineral rights I am wanting to trade for 5-10 acres of wooded or partially wooded land in the metro okc area or surrounding areas. (We are wanting to build a home in the country)
The mineral rights are 1/4 undivided interest in 160 acres, it produces oil and gas steadily since it was drilled in the 80's. The wells are located in Mustang, Oklahoma. I inherited the rights about 10 years ago and the wells have shown consistent checks and no sign of depletion, the operator has recently mentioned they will be increasing production in the future so we expect the revenues to increase in the future. We are having another baby and need a larger home so we are wanting to land to build on. We currently live in Moore, so south of the metro is ideal but willing to consider all offers.
