I'm a broadcast and electronic media senior the University of Oklahoma and am working on a short documentary on whether the media affects young girls (elementary school aged) when it comes to body image and what they think is pretty. I am trying to get interviews from those who might have a perspective on this topic, such as parents, school counselors, child psychologists, etc. I'm also looking for girls within this age group to participate in a focus group. I am trying to get this done before Thanksgiving.
