The A-frame is in Meeker about half way between Shawnee and Chandler. Applicant must have a driver’s license or picture ID and be able to pass a background check. Security deposit is $1,000 plus the standard first and last month’s rent is required to move in. Water and trash are included. Electric averages about $120 per month. Fiber-optic internet and TV services are installed but are not included with the rent. Pets are welcome, except no cats. NO DRUGS or SMOKING OF ANYTHING. It smells good and clean now, and it would be nice to keep it that way.
This A-Frame was totally remodeled in April of 2025; it is nicely furnished and has central heat and air. The kitchen has upgraded range with “Air Fry” and a high-end microwave, a dishwasher, and a side-by-side refrigerator. The laundry room has a washer and dryer with a workbench and room for small projects or can also make an office or guest bedroom. Outside is a somewhat private back yard with a fire pit and a BBQ. There is a carport and non-exclusive use of a side x side to get around the ranch in.
The property is private, fenced, and gated: there is a ranch dog and two horses that roam free range. They may produce some undesirable results at times; If that is a problem please do not apply for this property.
The ranch is located between OKC and Tulsa, 12 miles south of Chandler (Hwy I-44) and 20 miles north of Shawnee (Hwy I-40). The cross streets are 980 and 3400 Roads, Meeker, OK 74855. The small town of Meeker is 11 miles south and has a grocery store, gas stations, restaurants, banks, and a post office. To the north is a little larger town of Chandler with common amenities and a Walmart. To the south is a much larger town of Shawnee with a Walmart Superstore and about anything one would need.
The owner has a home on the property but it is expected to observe each other’s privacy.
