This is an original LG/Kenmore fruit drawer cover shelf; it is a plastic frame with a glass shelf. The frame also supports two drawers below, which are not included. It is in very good, used condition. In photo 6, you can see a hairline crack in the plastic, and some plastic discoloration. The part number on this part is 3550JJ1090, but the same part has other part numbers, and fits LG, Kenmore, and other brands. I realize this can make it quite difficult to confirm for your refrigerator, so I am open to allowing returns if you discover it does not fit your model. This is for bottom freezer models.
