My spouse and I recently lost our home to a fire, and we're currently living out of our van while we try to get back on our feet. Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of financial resources to fall back on, and one of the things we desperately need is a computer.
We've been trying to use the library to look for work and file our insurance claims, but it's getting increasingly difficult. To be honest, our clothes are getting pretty worn out, and it's embarrassing to have to go into public every day. Having a computer of our own would be a huge help, as it would allow us to take care of these essential tasks from the privacy of our van.
That's where you come in - I was wondering if anyone out there has an extra Raspberry Pi or other small computer that they might be willing to donate or sell to us at a low cost. We're not looking for anything fancy, just something that will allow us to get online and start rebuilding our lives.
If you have a spare Raspberry Pi or know of anyone who might be able to help us out, please let us know. We'd be incredibly grateful for any assistance we can get. Thank you for taking the time to read our story, and I look forward to hearing from you.
