This is a Star Trek II (Wrath of Khan) Phaser, from Diamond Select Toys. The back of the box calls it an "AUTHENTIC WRATH OF KHAN PHASER ACTION REPLICA," with "Lighted power setting indicators;" "Heat, stun, kill, disintegrate, and overload" settings; and "unique sound effects." Though this has a sleeker look than my other Type-2 Phaser, the box calls it a Type-2 Phaser with a removable Type-1 Hand Phaser. I believe this is from 2009, as that is the latest (c) date I can find on the box or paperwork.

From the box:
"Trek Tek action replicas are full scale toys modeled after original Star Trek props for maximum authenticity."

The originally included batteries have been removed to save the electronics. So of course the box has been opened, but the Phaser is in new condition, with a clean battery compartment (unlike "sealed box" vintage electronics).
