Looking for professional Bilingual dispatch customer service representatives for a national motor club call center. Must be goal oriented and motivated. Part-time and Full-time evening Shifts available.

1. To provide the best possible customer service for members, providers, and other affiliated business through inbound and outbound phone calls in both English and Spanish
2. To obtain specific information about a disablement and input it into the computer system
3. To make calls on member’s behalf to find the best possible cost for members and AHL
4. To relay procedures to members and providers in order for the service to be handled in the best possible way
5. To inform members about provider locations, limits, and out of pocket expenses as well as documenting these instructions into the computer system
6. To properly complete various forms of paperwork including, but not limited to dispatch forms, new provider forms, and credit card forms
7. To check emails three times a day and respond as necessary to information sent by supervisors and team leads
8. To precisely note all details in the service request into the computer system
9. To perform other duties as assigned by dispatch team lead or level 2 dispatch representative when needed
10. To arrive on time and stay for the duration of your scheduled shift
11. To maintain proper records of attendance by correctly using the Paycom system
12. Report to Team Lead


1. Must be fluent in English and Spanish
2. Must be able to verbally communicate with a customer and provider via telephone
3. Type at least 15 WPM
4. Must be able to operate a computer and use the internet
5. Be familiar with 10-key
6. Consistently answer inbound calls as well as make outbound calls
7. Legibly complete paperwork
8. Familiarity with towing, lockout, and road service terms

Physical Requirements:

1. Must be able to sit for eight hours
2. Must be able to use wrists, hands, and fingers for typing at a computer eight hours
3. Must be able to hear/speak with a customer and provider via telephone
4. Must be able to see and read a computer screen
