They were the top of the line units when purchased in March of 2016 at Lowe's, with a 5 year extended warranty. The washer as well as the dryer both have Steam functionality. The Dryer includes a shoe drying shelf, which is removable from the unit. My Father just passed away and I got his 1 year old Samsung Washer and Dryer, that is the only reason that l am selling these units.
Nothing is wrong with these operationally, they run like they should. The only visual defect is a barely noticeable 2 inch crack on the outer dryer plastic door, the inner glass behind the plastic is in perfect shape. They were always inside my residence, there is zero rust on either unit.
The Washer has had all 4 shock absorbers replaced with Original Equipment Supco parts. The Dryer has had the Belt, the Tensioner, the Spring, as well as all 4 Drum Roller Wheels replaced. I included a picture of the Dryer repair kit that I bought, so you could see exactly what was included in it. The company has very high quality replacement parts, and the reviews are near 5 stars. That's exactly why I bought this kit from them. I still have the old shocks and the dryer roller wheels, I included pictures of them. I do not however have the old idler pulley, belt, or the spring.
Included with the sale of these units will be: the original shipping hardware for the washing machine, to keep the drum safe and from moving around during shipping. Also included will be the 4 prong cord with plug for the Dryer, as well as the drain hose for the Washer. The Dryer user manual will be included, however I cannot locate the Washer user manual within my house.
Not included are any supply hoses, or the dryer vent tube that goes to the wall. The price of these units reflect the condition of them, as well as the maintenance put into these over the years.
