We need to clear the freezer for our next processing date.
Meat by the package: We currently have several whole legs, several full racks, ground lamb, and a few shanks available. We are unfortunately sold out of loin chops, rib chops, and steaks.
Whole lambs: We have 2 processed and vacuum sealed whole lambs available (60+ lbs hanging weight), processed on the standard cut sheet (all the cuts, minimal ground). Yes we are doing 10% off of these guys too. Pricing on whole lambs is 400 before the discount.
Interested in hearts, livers, etc we have that too.
All lamb offered for sale was processed under ODAFF inspection and is legal for sale. As always born, raised, and processed right here in Oklahoma.
