I’ll be sending one mid January and it will be ready late January/early February. It can be done as quarters, or halves. Reservations are held with a deposit of 1/2. This is locally raised, grain finished and USDA inspected beef 🥩
ALSO; I have an order of ground beef coming mid December. First come first serve. $8/lb. Same great quality you’ve become accustomed to running approx 85/15.
Bulk meat is dependent on the weight of each animal but on average you can expect:
1/4: approx 110-120 lbs of meat $1,200
1/2: approx 215-250 lbs of meat $2,400
