I am looking for someone who can help me finish an extension to my living room on my single-wide mobile home. The floor is down, and the sides are up, THE WALLS ARE UP ALSO, but it needs rafters and the roof. We have everything you need besides a tablesaw. We have lumber, house wrap, plywood, and if you need anything else, we will get it. Like an idiot, we made a down payment to a different person, but can't do it and won't get the down payment back.
I will be totally honest with you. We only have about 1200-1250.00 to pay for someone to finish this for me. It will need to be finished by this weekend or end by the weekend.
I will not be an idiot again and make a down payment, and will pay you in cash when the room is done. It should only take someone a day or two to finish it. I am always home and have guard dogs.
If anyone is interested, please message me. Just remember we have a lot of it done already. I think it only needs rafters and the plywood, and I don't have a tablesaw.
Oh, forgot to tell you that we live in Spencer, OK. 73084 on 50th St.
