We paid $1800 last year for this, and we are moving and just need to sell it as we can't take it. This is a STEAL AT $300. it is the most beautiful fireplace with settings for the fireplace, heater and speakers inside of it. The heater is very powerful and will heat 800-1000 sq ft. 73" Ashley TV stand that is in good condition, just has a few lite scratches on the top where we moved our TV.
