• Assemble components across all product lines using appropriate tools and fixtures
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issues as needed
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly
• Identify and use appropriate hand tools and rework techniques
• Operate equipment with precision, adhering to mechanical tolerances and specifications
• Accurately record labor hours and tasks in production tracking systems
• Follow safety protocols and continuous improvement principles based on the company’s Manufacturing System
