THE POSITION
We are looking for several full-time employees to work in our precast and GFRC fabrication departments. Job activities include mold assembly and cleaning, fabrication of structural reinforcement components, placement troweling and finishing of concrete products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Move and organize materials
• Prepare and mix concrete products
• Clean and prepare molds for casting
• Measure cut and tie re-bar
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and leadership
• Punctuality, Dependability and Professional conduct in all areas
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, ability to work in fast-paced environment, where priorities often change
• Must work independently as well as function as a team member, always taking initiative.
• Extend hours, beyond the regular workday, may be required depending on priorities.
• Ability to work in various conditions and physical environments.
