Scope of work:
• Reface existing fireplace with stone
• Raise mantel shelf approximately 6 inches higher and paint it brown
• Raise/adjust fireplace area so a hearth can be installed underneath
• Install a new fireplace insert
• Ensure all work is completed professionally with proper measurements and clean finish
Must have experience with fireplace remodeling, stone work, and fireplace insert installations. Please have your own tools and provide photos of previous work if available.
