Price is for both. Each comes with a base. Actual height is about 94". I'll double-check, but I believe the diameter tapers from about 7" to 6". They're made of some type of composite, possibly fiberglass. Closest comparable I could find is at Lowes, where two columns run $364 after tax, without the base.
