Driver Source is seeking dependable Assemblers to build and package products for the Glue Pull Repair industry. Work includes both simple and complex assemblies using multiple components, tools, and work instructions. All tasks must be completed with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Follow assembly instructions, drawings, and BOMs to assemble, test, and package products
• Build custom assemblies based on customer sales orders
• Assemble, test, and package standard products according to work instructions and BOMs
• Meet production cycle times and recommend process improvements to supervisors
• Perform daily quality checks, documentation, and production control activities
• Accurately complete operator paperwork (production, downtime, scrap, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist in training new team members
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Job Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team
• Basic math skills
• Experience using hand tools and basic mechanical understanding
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing work environments
• Team-oriented, dependable, motivated, and reliable
• Must be comfortable standing and walking throughout shift
• Ability to work an 8-hour schedule with up to 1 hour of daily overtime; weekend OT as needed
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
