This is a rare (per internet) self contained amp,speaker and tweeter. It is very well made, solid and very loud and crisp for it's size. It is suitable for pa/guitar/instruments. It has external heat sinks for cooling. It has an external fuse holder. Reverb.com lists one for $49.95+shipping. I am asking $40 OBO, trades considered.
